I finished a 10K in which I was happy with until I saw that 6 people over 60 years old beat my time. Goodness. I have a long way to go for long term fitness.
Real Runners run on vacation. I do not. I aspire to become a consistent runner, but changing one's behaviors is harder than changing one's tastes. Let's see what blogging, public scrutiny, and pride (or shame) can do towards this goal.
We are not trying to become speedy-Gonzales here--just trying to lace up our running shoes a few times a week. So lets post our distance, or length of time, but not both...at least for now. ~Jesse
